180 STREET TACOS

Where: 180 Street Tacos & Chopped Salads (phew! Long name!), 3368 N University Ave, Provo

Who Went: Chelsey & Owen

Number of Visits: 2

What We Ordered: 4 Tacos -- Buffalo Chicken, Thai Fried Chicken, Steak Asada & Mojo Roasted Pork, plus Chimichurri Mac & Cheese

What It Cost: $11.24

What We Thought:

Crazy tacos with unheard-of flavor combinations -- yeah, count us in!

When this place first opened, I was a little hesitant because the sign looked pretty temporary out front, and the name seemed long and annoying (I make quick judgments, okay?). But after hearing about it from a few people and scoping out their menu online, I decided a visit must be made! Of course it was made as a very last-minute decision so I only had my phone to take pictures on, not my real camera...I apologize, but this place was pretty good, so I figured I needed to share anyway!

Okay -- let's start with my tacos. I'm a little annoying and a show-off, so obviously I wanted to order the spiciest taco on the menu to see if I could handle it. The Thai Fried Chicken taco was the only one with two chili peppers by its title, so naturally, I ordered it. The chicken had good flavor, and I really liked the fruity-cucumber slaw which totally counteracted the hotness and made it very bearable for those looking for some heat. We were a little disappointed with the tortillas over all -- these tacos only have one tortilla (many street taco places I've visited usually use two, for good reason...) and the tortillas broke on nearly all of our tacos, causing fillings to fall out. Not a huge tragedy of course, but I'd recommend picking up a fork because you might be eating the remains of your taco more in salad-style.

Owen got the Mojo Pork and Carne Asada -- he prefered the carne asada, with its crispy strips and flavorful meat, though I actually liked the pork one better! So, I guess they are both good :) Same problem with the tortillas though. Use caution!

I ordered the chimichurri mac and cheese because it sounded weird and I'd never had anything like it before. I liked the wonton strips and chimichurri flavor added it -- it was a good combo. But the mac was a little dry and not very warm, kinda like you had heated it up 15 minutes before and then had to take a phone call or something. Would prefer saucier and warmer mac and cheese, please.

This horrendous picture doesn't really look like anything...but surprise -- its the buffalo chicken taco! Yeah, never thought I'd put those words together. But it was yummy! They pickled mirepoix (chopped celery, carrots and onion) added a nice crunch to the slightly spicy chicken, and I was a huge fan of the corn. Owen thought the taco was kinda weird, but I really enjoyed it, so I guess if you like weirdness, then this is the place for you (and me :)

What You Should Do: I would definitely say this place is worth a visit or two. Its super cheap (as tacos should be :) and they have something fun and creative that will definitely interest most palates. If they would start wrapping these tasty little morsels in two tortillas, I would be soooo close to giving them four stars because they are really fun and a good value, but for now, its still an awesome place to visit, and we will probably be stopping by there another when I don't feel like cooking!

Mystery Post...

Today's post is going to be a little different....

Take a look below and try to guess where this sandwich is from:

Super thick piles of freshly sliced turkey, layers of salami, crisp lettuce, tomatoes and onion, all on a super soft hunk of white bread?

Would you ever guess that this sandwich was from....Walmart????

I can hear the sound of your jaw dropping right now.

Where: Walmart, 1355 Sandhill Road, Orem

Who Went: I ordered a sub sandwich for my on-campus club, around 20 people

Number of Visits: 3

What We Ordered: Two 4-foot long sub sandwiches, one with turkey and salami, the other with turkey and roast beef.

What It Cost: $44 (which is around $2 a person!)

What We Thought:

I'm not a huge Walmart fan in general, and I almost always go to Target instead, but the one thing Walmart does have going for them is their catered sub sandwiches. When you are looking to do something besides the ever-present pizza at an event and you are on a budget, these sandwiches are a relatively healthy and super low-cost option! They may even be cheaper than pizza (unless you're into those $5 disks of horror...). And the sandwiches are actually pretty good, as you can see from the pictures! It's not really a place to go out to eat, but I just thought I should share this with you because it's a great choice for catered events or even if you don't feel like cooking one night!

This is not a sponsored post. I was just so surprised at the quality and cheapness that I had to share it with you all!

Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill

Where: Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill, 530 E University Parkway, Orem

Who Went: Chelsey, Owen, Mom, & Devynne

Number of Visits: 1

What We Ordered: Chipotle Orange Shrimp Salad, Grilled Grande Bowl, Baja Grill Burrito, Mango Habanero Pacific Mahi Mahi Taco, and Gourmet Taco with Chicken

What It Cost: $16.59 for two people

What We Thought:

I kept hearing about Taco Tuesday, but somehow I never seem to manage to make it there on a Tuesday so when we were driving by the other day, I knew we had to go in and give it a try!

Look how fun and colorful that salad is! The flavor wasn't quite as vibrant as the salad appears, but it was still pretty good. The shrimp was good and marinated nicely, but the salad's dressing was a little weak. We also wished that the salad itself had more lettuce, which is cheap to add and would have made the salad seem more substantial and worth the cost.

What a sad looking burrito! Especially when it follows that colorful salad...It didn't look super fancy, but it was still a fairly decent burrito - I've had so many smothered burritos lately, so it was nice to go back to the classic, pick up with two hands kind of burrito for me! The burrito wasn't too dry and there was a good amount of chicken inside, but it didn't have the freshness or quality of ingredients you can get around here, like at Mountain West Burrito.

Devynne ordered the rice bowl, which was basically like a jumbo burrito opened up without the tortilla. Once again, good, but not amazing. The guacamole tasted fairly fresh, which was nice, and I liked the salsa, but the meat and rice themselves were rather boring.

They are known for their tacos, and if I were ever to return, I think that's what I would order after trying Owen's dish. They have a little salsa bar that you can visit to dress up your tacos to your choosing, and they were pretty cheap and good for Utah fish tacos. The salsa on the mahi mahi taco was spicy and delicious, and the avocado on the grande taco was enjoyable as well. We liked the thick and soft tortillas, and thought they were pretty decent overall.

What You Should Do: Well, I think I definitely have to go there on a Tuesday! They are $1 each for their typical tilapia taco after 2:30 on Tuesdays, and if they are anything like their other fish tacos, I can't wait to try them! Stick with the tacos here at Rubio's - everything else was alright, but not as good or as cheap as the tacos.

Chick-fil-A

Where: Chick-fil-A, 28 South State, Salt Lake City (multiple locations, including American Fork)

Who Went: Chelsey & Owen

Number of Visits: 1

What We Ordered: Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Nuggets

What It Cost:

What We Thought: $7.38

I've never been to Chick-fil-A, but it seems to be one of those Utah favorites (like Cafe Rio) that everyone seems to love but no one seems to be able to explain. "Their nuggets are just...so good!!!" I've heard tons of people say, so I needed to find out for myself what all this chicken madness was about.

Owen was in a spicy mood, so he went for the spicy chicken sandwich. We originally tried their food at the food court at City Creek center, so their menu wasn't the most detailed and we didn't have time to ask about all the sandwich specifics. But we definitely weren't expecting to find this inside....

A hunk of fried meat and two sad pickles?? Really? For a sandwich that cost almost $5, I was at least hoping for a little frill of lettuce and tomatoes, maybe some sauce? Nope. This sandwich was as dry as a Utah winter, and was certainly no better (and much less interesting) than a spicy chicken sandwich at Wendy's. We could have paid more and upgraded for a more well-rounded sandwich apparently, but I didn't feel like nearly doubling the price of my sandwich for what I already expected to come.

Chick-fil-A is known for their special sauces, so of course we had to try them all. We got the buffalo sauce, honey mustard, barbecue sauce, and house special sauce. The first three were all about what you'd expect, nothing too special. And I'm pretty sure the house sauce is just honey mustard sauce mixed with mayonnaise or something to make it creamier. It was good, but would I ever go there just for the sauce? No.

Behold, the famed and beloved chicken nuggets. There are probably hundreds of copycat recipes on Pinterest for this, with ingredients ranging from pickle juice to paprika, so I figured they were kind of a big deal. And while they were certainly more tender and flavorful than your typical take-out chicken nuggets, they just didn't do it for me!

What You Should Do: Chick-fil-A seems to have a really popular following out there, so I'm probably going to be hated for this, but I wouldn't recommend going out of your way for this. To me, their food wasn't much better than any other more-accessible fast food joint, and it was much more overpriced for the sad food we received! Maybe I just need to eat there more often to get the Chick-fil-A craze, but I think I'll save my money and time.

IKEA Restaurant

Where: IKEA Restaurant, 67 West Ikea Way, Draper

Who Went: Chelsey, Kirsten & her neighbor

Number of Visits: 1

What We Ordered: Kid's Chicken Strips and Fries, and Meatball Plate

What It Cost: ~$5 per person

What We Thought:

IKEA has a special kind of attraction - cheap, cheap, cheapness! Not only is all the furniture and decor cheap, but they have a little cafe that also serves inexpensive food.

We ordered the chicken strips and fries for Kirsten's son, and they were pretty much about what you would expect for cheap chicken and fries - the fries crispy and a nice thickness. The breading on the chicken was pretty thick and covered all chicken flavor you might get. The chicken was a little dry and nothing great, but for a two-year-old, it wasn't too bad.

The meatball plate is the iconic IKEA dish, served with mashed potatoes and jellied lingonberries, which basically taste like cranberries. Though it was a good amount of food for the price, the food was not really the best. The meatball was too small and a bit dry, and the potatoes were a little too sticky and gluey for me. The little drop of lingonberries was almost laughably small, but at least there was enough gravy for all of the meatballs to give it enough flavor.

What You Should Do: If you are at IKEA and forgot to have lunch, you won't be incredibly disappointed if you stop by their cafe for a quick lunch. They have a few healthy options like salads (though I was stray away from scary-looking smoked salmon....) and everything is really inexpensive. Is it fabulous cuisine? No. Would I come here just for the food? No. But will you get fed for a low price and quick service? Yes.

Laura's

Where: Laura's, 664 N Freedom Blvd, Provo

Who Went: Chelsey & Owen

Number of Visits: 1

What We Ordered: Chicken & Green Chile Tamale, 4 Tacos -- Barbacoa, Carnitas, Chicken, and one that was fried...can't remember the flavor!

What It Cost: $9.68

What We Thought:

Laura's is the perfect place to bring that (potentially annoying) return missionary friend who always loves to show off their funnily-accented Spanish. Most of the menu is not in English and the only person speaking English at the restaurant was the kid who was working the register, but if you can figure out what it is you want to order, you can get delicious results! Between Owen's Portuguese and my high school Spanish classes, we were able to order a variety of tacos with a fair amount of confidence in what we were going to get!

We started out with our tamale -- this is where your Spanish speaking ability comes in handy because they just shout out the orders as they come up and you have to remember what you ordered! This tamale was definitely the best I've ever had in Utah County...I've recently become obsessed with tamales, and this soft, flavorful and super cheap tamale will definitely satisfy my cravings! This one was stuffed to the brim with filling and was not dry at all. Perfection.

They have a little salsa bar near the register where you can customize your hot and fresh tacos. Though not as extensive as some places like Tarahumara, their salad bar had all the basics you needed to make these tacos perfect. They were double-lined with soft corn tortillas which helped to keep all the goods in, and each taco presented a unique and flavor-packed taste. The carnitas taco (or was it barbacoa?) was smothered in a delicious sauce, and we had a hard time only eating half of each in order to share because they were  just too good! Rich authentic flavors, fresh preparation, and excellent seasoning all contributed to the wonderful fillings of these tacos.

I can't remember what flavor this fried taco was, but there wasn't a single flavor that we didn't like, so I'm sure it was delicious as well. The fried tortilla was a little messier to eat so I'd probably stick with soft ones in the future, but it was still fantastic. Normally I turn my nose up at any type of iceberg lettuce, but theirs was so fresh and crisp that it added a nice crunch that I don't think you'd get with other types of lettuce! I'd definitely recommend adding cilantro and a fresh squeeze of lime to all your tacos.

What You Should Do: Umm....did you see that below $10 total cost? Yeah, this place is CHEAP. And GOOD. Two of my favorite things :) Fortunately it is just outside of quick walking distance from my house, or else I am pretty sure I would go order a tamale every day. And the best part is that it wouldn't even break the bank! The only challenging part about this restaurant comes to those of us who are not very fluent in Spanish since the majority of the menu is not in English. Here are a couple of words to give you a head start:

  • Pollo = Chicken
  • Barbacoa = Barbecue
  • Carnitas = Pork
  • Lengua = Tongue
  • Al Pastor = Pork with Chiles and Pineapple
  • Pescado = Fish
  • Carne Asada = Beef
  • Camarones = Shrimp
That's all I can remember, but if you're feeling adventurous, order something new! We were pleasantly surprised by everything we got, but make sure to write it down and remember so that when they call up your order, you know to pick it up! Or just bring that return-missionary friend (you all know who I'm talking about...)

El Gallo Giro

Where: El Gallo Giro, 346 N University Avenue, Provo

Who Went: Chelsey & Sidney

Number of Visits: 1

What We Ordered: Taco Special & Chicken Enchiladas

What It Cost: ~$12

What We Thought:

The other day, Sidney took me out to one of her favorite restaurants - El Gallo Giro. Located within easy walking distance of BYU, quick service, and hearty meals for under $5 all made this restaurant seem like a great option for convenient and delicious Mexican food.

When we got there, it was mildly busy - about 5 other tables seated. We had barely enough time to visit the salsa bar and try all of the flavors before our food had already arrived! I was impressed with their incredibly fast service, especially considering that all of our food still tasted very fresh and flavorful.

I loved their salsa bar, and all of the different flavor options! The chips were nice and crisp, and the house salsa was a little waterier than I usually prefer, but still had great flavor and they gave you plenty of it.

My tacos were way more flavorful and tasty than I had anticipated - they were filled with savory chicken and crispy bacon, complimented by light iceberg lettuce and a sprinkling of cheese. Normally I'm not a huge fan of when people just throw bacon into a dish because I feel like it overpowers all of the other flavors, but I was pleasantly surprised with how it really enhanced the flavor of the chicken without making the tacos too greasy. The rice and beans were good but not amazing - a nice side filler that rounded out the meal.

Sidney loved her normal choice of chicken enchiladas with a mild, not-too-sweet verde sauce. They were fresh and filling, substantial but not heavy, and served with the rice and beans as well. They definitely weren't the most authentic or most delicious enchiladas I've ever had, but they are a great price and super conveniently located.

What You Should Do: If you're looking for something new, fresh, and cheap close to BYU campus, take a 4 minute drive down University Avenue to this fun little Mexican restaurant. They have a ton of options, really quick service (at least when we were there), and lunch specials that will fill you up without making you feel gross for the low price of $3.99!

El Mexsal Restaurant

Where: El Mexsal Restaurant, 325 S Freedom Blvd, Provo

Who Went: Chelsey

Number of Visits: 1

What I Ordered: Chicken Enchilada and Chile Relleno & Revueltas Pupusa

What It Cost: $8.08

What I Thought:

As strange as it may sound, this was the first real restaurant I went to for this site all by myself! Usually I coerce my husband into going with me, or try to call up a friend, but the other day when I found myself in south Provo at 1 p.m. with no concrete plans for lunch, I decided to go to this Mexican and Salvadorian restaurant I've been wanting to try for a long time. Though I of course prefer going to a restaurant with some company, I found out some interesting bonuses of eating out on your own. For example:

  • You can eat as slow or as fast as you want
  • You can double, triple, or quadruple dip in the salsa, and no one will give you weird looks
  • You don't have to share the chips and salsa
  • You can text or check your Facebook during the meal at your leisure
  • You don't have to worry about ordering the same food as someone else
  • You can have a super horribly lazy hairstyle and you don't have to be self-conscious about it
  • When you choke on your water because of that funny thing you just read on Twitter, no one will even notice!

The one terrible thing though about eating solo is that when you find a delicious place, you have no one to share it with!

But luckily for me, I have all of you readers to share my experience with! And El Mexsal was definitely a delicious experience to share. I went with the chicken enchilada & chile relleno combo, which was cheaper since it was a lunch special. Like all ideal Mexican places, the combo plate came with rice and beans on the side, which were prepared perfectly. The rice actually had flavor and the beans were slow-cooked and smooth, just how I like them (plus with lots of cheese!). The chicken in the enchiladas was good quality, not overcooked, and spicy. I loved the chile relleno, infused with punchy spice and a tender exterior.

When they bring you your dish, it is accompanied by a huge jar of spicy relish and a large container of salsa - no complaints on skimpy salsa here. The salsa isn't too hot or too runny, and tasted great alongside the rice.

Finally, I tried out one of the pupusas - ever since Devynne and I had our first arepa (similar concept, but from other South American countries) at the Provo Farmers Market, I have been on the search for this delicious, convenient thick corn tortilla meal. Even though I was pretty stuffed from the enchilada combo meal, I thoroughly relished the few bites I was able to manage of this tasty pupusa, filled with melty and savory cheese, beans, and chicharrón (ground cooked pork meat). If El Mexsal was closer, I think I would be tempted to snap up a couple of these every day for lunch! They are cheap and filling, and so SO appetizing!

What You Should Do: Definitely check it out! I am hesitant to say this since I haven't been here with anyone else or visited multiple times, but I think El Mexsal may be my new favorite authentic Mexican restaurant here in the Provo area. They have great prices, fast service, lots of options, and a real hearty and flavorful menu. Certainly worth a visit!

Rice King

Where: Rice King, 278 W Center Street, Provo

Who Went: Owen & Chelsey

Number of Visits: 1

What We Ordered: 2 Egg Rolls, Sesame Chicken, & Mongolian Beef

What It Cost: $18.93

What We Thought:

The other day when Owen & I were decided where to eat, we realized that we didn't have a favorite quick Chinese take-out place. How embarrassing! So I snapped up this Restaurant.com coupon really quick and we headed down to Center Street.

Despite the lackluster restaurant interior and greasy odor in the air, the restaurant was surprisingly populated. We were comforted by this, and many people around us seem to frequent the restaurant regularly, which is typically a good sign. We placed our order and then entertained ourselves with the Chinese Year informative paper place mats.

Rice King definitely has quick service - they brought out our food less than five minutes after ordering, and we were impressed by the very large portion sizes. The egg rolls were decent - nice and crispy, normal-tasting insides, tangy dipping sauce. About what you would expect from an egg roll and a decent price.

My sesame chicken was sadly not as good as it looks - there was hardly any sauce on the chicken, which made the overall meal dry and just tasting like flavorless fried chicken. When paired with the rice served on the side, it was overwhelmingly anhydrous. What little sauce was dripped on the plate did not have a very distinctive sesame flavor, and I was just overall not that satisfied. On the upside, I was also not very hungry by the end of the meal - I only ate half the dish and was still plenty full.

Owen's Mongolian Beef was equally unimpressive. The portion once again was enormous, and the beef was surprisingly tender, but the dish was completely lacking any flavor punch. On the menu, it showed a "spicy" icon next to this option, but we couldn't detect any heat at all. Not necessarily bad, but certainly not great - at least it was cheap!

What You Should Do: If you're in a desperate mood for some cheap Chinese food, then Rice King may be the place for you, but I don't think we will go there again - the quest for the best Chinese take-out continues! They have exceptionally large portions, fairly cheap prices (especially the lunch specials), and lots of options, just not the best flavors we've ever experienced. Any recommendations for great Chinese take-out?

Slab Pizza

Where: Slab Pizza, 669 N 800 N, Provo

Who Went: Chelsey & Owen

Number of Visits: 1

What We Ordered: Fennel Sausage + Chèvre Slab, Chile Verde Slab

What It Cost: $12.93

What We Thought:

I never thought that I would say this, but I think that The Slab may be my new favorite pizza place.

People, this is a big deal.

And BIG pieces of PIZZA!

When The Slab first opened, I have to admit, I was quick to judge. I thought that it was just going to be your typical, cheap-o, super greasy Little Caesar's-esque pizza place where students would go just to eat and be full on a tight budget.

Oh, how wrong I was.

We went there for dinner on a Thursday night around 5:30, and were met with friendly and relatively fast service. Some people have complained that it is a little slow, but they have to wait until 4 people have ordered because you literally get a quarter of a whole pizza that they make up for you right then and there.

When our pizzas arrived, I couldn't believe how huge they were. And for only $6! We actually both ordered flavors that were the most expensive price, but they have your traditional flavors for only $4/slab, and many other delicious options for $5. Such a great deal.

But it wouldn't be a great deal if it was disgusting or skimpy on the toppings, right? Fortunately for us, and every BYU student, neither of these things were true! Owen's Chile Verde pizza was LOADED with delicious, juicy seasoned pork (I couldn't believe how much meat there was!), and if you're thinking that Mexican food on a pizza sounds horrible...be prepared to be proven wrong! It was amazing and delicious!  Other Slab customers have commented that they didn't like the crust, but I found it thin and sturdy enough to hold all the toppings, but still soft and complemented the pizza well.

Fennel sausage, goat cheese, and kalamata olives? You don't see that on a cheap pizza every day! It was amazing. The sausage was plentiful and flavorful, and I loved the smooth, rich consistency of the chèvre. This is the pizza of my dreams, everyone. So so so good.

What You Should Do: Go right now! It is a little hard to find parking since it is so close to BYU campus, but you could probably even walk there (especially if you live south of campus). It is a fantastic price, and I can't get over how many different flavor options they have! Here are a few that I am looking forward to trying next: Buffalo Wing, Fire, Thai Chicken, Rosemary Potato + Bacon, Breakfast (!!!!), Red Curry Pulled Pork, Chicken Cordon Bleu...and the list goes on!

J Dawgs

Let me just begin this post with a huge disclaimer: I HATE HOTDOGS. I always have, all growing up. The idea of them grosses me out, the flavor of them grosses me out, and I'll only eat the breading if you force me to eat a corn dog. So when my then boyfriend/fiancee raved on and on about this hotdog joint that was out of this world, I just smiled and nodded and thought to myself "No way am I ever going to spend a single cent on any kind of hot dog. Not going to happen." But then somehow, magically, the very first J Dawg came into my life.

Where: J Dawgs, 858 N 700 E, Provo (just on the SE corner of campus)

Who Went: Chelsey & Owen, Monica & Devynne

Number of Visits: Too many to remember

What We Ordered: Beef Hot Dog, Polish Hot Dog, all with a variety of toppings

What It Cost: $3.00/dog ($4.00 for dog + drink)

What We Thought:

This is me, the very first time I ever ate a J Dawg. It was at the Stadium of Fire pre-party hosted by Qualtrics (where my husband works, aka the coolest company eva) and we had free J Dawgs. That kind of pure joy cannot be faked my friends. Shock and awe. Those two words can barely graze the surface of how I felt. This was a truly eye-opening culinary experience, and I have been a J Dawg die-hard fan ever since.

This is a place that is famous for a good reason. Their food rocks, is cheap, and it rocks. Simple as that. Where can I even begin?

There are three important characteristics of a hotdog.

1. The Bun - I would eat these buns plain all day long. Soft, so fresh, and a light buttery flavor -- these are the perfect compliment to this wonderful masterpiece. They fold around the hotdog and toppings just right, but aren't too soft that they get soggy with the Special Sauce.

2. The Toppings - Though this location does not come equipped with the complex varieties that other hotdog joints may boast (i.e. Hot Dog King), it doesn't matter at all. They supply you with the freshest and best options to compliment this flavor sensation. I've tried all of the different toppings with all different combinations, and have found my favorite mix: smattering of fresh onions, 3-4 banana peppers (no more, no less), plenty of Special Sauce (this is basically your typical BBQ sauce, times a million) squeezed in along the sides and in the scored dog itself, and a pickle on the side to cleanse my palate. Some people make the mistake of ordering ALL of the toppings on their dog, especially since it does not cost more to get more toppings, but I do not recommend this. The flavor will overpower the simple wonderfulness of the hotdog, and you will wonder what all of the excitement is. I recommend trying a few different combinations of 3-4 toppings and then picking your favorite. You may even like it best plain! (just FYI: Owen's favorite combo right now is sauerkraut, onions, pepperoncini, and Special Sauce)

3. The Dog (or should I say "Dawg") - This was the best surprise of all. I had no idea a hotdog could be so savory, spicy, meaty, flavorful, transcendental, and perfect. This is high quality meat my friends, and even your typical hotdog hater like myself will be blown away. There is nothing about this that tastes cheap or plastic-y or rubbery (my usual complaints about dogs), and it is grilled to juicy perfection. They score the dogs with a criss-cross pattern on top, which allows for the flavor of the sauce and any other condiments you desire to penetrate deep into the meat and take your mouth on a miraculous journey. Do not miss out on this. It is so worth the journey -- oh wait! It's five feet away from campus! And it's so worth the price -- oh wait! It's only $3! It really doesn't get better than this.

One of many wonderful J Dawg experiences, with many more to come.

What You Should Do: Go right now! Do not delay this experience any longer. If you haven't eaten here, you haven't truly lived (the BYU life anyway). They've opened a new shop on University Avenue that is a little less shack-like, more store-like, so hopefully we will go there next!
