DELICATUS

Where: Delicatus, 103 1st Avenue S, Seattle

Who Went: Chelsey & Owen

Number of Visits: 3

What We Ordered: BBQ Chicken Sandwich and Pavo Diablo

What It Cost: ~$20

What We Thought:

Everyone's gotta have their go-to lunch place, right? I used to have this aversion to becoming a "regular" anywhere, because I watched too much Monk and knew that if I was a regular somewhere, the murderers would know where to find me.

Paranoid, much?

Well, Delicatus may be the first place where the awesome flavors, friendly service, fresh tastes, and just DANG GOOD sandwiches will make me overcome that murder/restaurant regular fear.

I've only been to Seattle for two weekends so far, and we've eaten here three times...

Delicatus has the most amazing sandwich menu - I've never seen so many sandwich creations!! It's definitely inspired me to be more creative at home. The ingredients are super fresh - great bread, amazing cuts of meat, and inspired toppings. Man. I wish I was having this for lunch today. The bread and topping matches are all thoughtfully combined, each sandwich having the perfect balance of flavor and texture variation. It sounds silly to keep going on and on about a little sandwich, but we just really loved them!

The Pavo Diablo is my favorite -- loads of fresh turkey and spinach with sliced avocado, harvarti, spicy chipotle aioloi, roasted peppers on sourdough bread. Come on. Tell me you're not salivating right now. It's amazing, the flavors meld perfectly, and I could eat it every day. The Gypsy Rose Lee sandwich is also a personal favorite, with some of the best mozzarella I've had in a while.

Fresh, creative, fantastic sandwiches.

What You Should Do: Take your next lunch meeting here. It can get a little busy, but if you go a little early or late, no problem. And say hi to us while you're there ;)

CAFE FRESH

Where: Cafe Fresh, 498 S State Street, Orem

Who Went: Chelsey & Owen

Number of Visits: 2

What We Ordered: Border Salad, Turkey Cranberry Sandwich (another time: Tomato Basil Soup)

What It Cost: $16.17

So, I've shopped at Good Earth Natural Foods a couple of times, because you know, there's always that one weird recipe that needs some obscure ingredient like xanthan gum or coconut flour, and they are the place to hit up for that. But I never really got interested in the little Cafe Fresh attached to the natural foods store until one BYU football game where I was FREEEEEZING and wanted something to warm me up, and hot chocolate just didn't sound right, and I bought a tomato basil soup from a little Cafe Fresh stand at the stadium. I don't know if they still do football games anymore, so I don't want to get your hopes up, but at that moment, that soup was EXACTLY what I needed and it tasted sooo good. After that, I naturally wanted to see if the rest of their menu was noteworthy.

I ordered the Border Salad, which comes with all sorts of excitement like brown rice, black beans, roasted corn, jicama, sunflower seeds, and jack cheese. The salads all come with a side of a roll, but I asked if I could substitute it for fruit, which they did, but for an additional cost. The salad had a great mix of greens and it was enormous, and for some reason, they decided to serve it in those annoying slanted salad bowls that look really pretty, but are terrible for actually mixing the toppings and dressing in. Which would have been a problem except there was a more pressing issue in my way -- they had run out of forks! It was very odd. So we had to wait around for a while until they could find forks, which I thought was weird that it took so long, since they are basically located inside a grocery store which surely sells some sort of fork. The fruit was fine.

Owen got the turkey cranberry sandwich, which is served on German rye bread. And it was just the type of sandwich we both love -- the kind that you look forward to making after Thanksgiving with your extra turkey, and the bread was just the right amount of heartiness to support all of the sandwich's inner goodness. It came with salsa and chips on the side, which were tasty as well.

What You Should Do: I have to admit, I'm a little divided on this one. It's places like this that I wish I could give half stars, because I probably would give 2.5 stars. The service was not great (who runs out of forks, when half of your menu is salads and you aren't even very busy?), but the SOUP and Owen's sandwich were so good. My salad was also pretty good -- I thought the sunflower seeds were a little weird, but I'm a jicama-aholic (say that 10x fast), so I was mostly sold. I'm going to say I like it. It's not the best soup/sandwich/salad joint, but if you're already on your way buying chia seeds or Veganaise, then you won't be disappointed for a quick lunch.

Where: Cannella's, 204 E 500 S, Salt Lake City

Who Went: Chelsey & Mom

Number of Visits: 1

What We Ordered: Lunch Special Sandwich with Side Salad, Bruschetta

What It Cost: $16.75

What We Thought:

I normally hate basically every Italian restaurant I ever eat at (why do I keep going to Italian restaurants??), but a quick visit to Cannella's has given me hope for family-owned Italian joints in the future!

I stopped by here for a quick lunch after picking up my Mom from the airport - we were planning on having an early dinner but didn't want to be starving before then so we tried to eat light (though it still ended up being quite filling!). We ordered the turkey cranberry sandwich, which came with a starter salad. The salad was interesting - it had cucumbers, pepperoncinis, chickpeas, thickly shredded mozzarella, beets, and a creamy dressing. It wouldn't really be my first choice of ingredients for a salad, but it worked for us, and I was so hungry that it tasted good anyway!

I love bruschetta, so I was delighted when we were served these pretty little bites! The crostini were nice and hearty, the basil was sliced just right, and I loved the pretty little swirls of goat cheese. I was glad that they chose to use a balsamic reduction on top of the bruschetta of straight balsamic vinegar - it gave it a little more body and a more subtle flavor.

We had ordered the turkey cranberry sandwich, and unfortunately they put in our order incorrectly and we ended up with the club sandwich, which was the special of the day. Also unfortunately, we didn't realize this until halfway through eating the sandwich, so it felt a little late to ask for the other one. Fortunately however, we didn't even think about it, because the sandwich was so good!! Cannella's make all of their best fresh on site, and it was so thick and fresh and delicious. There was a huge pile of turkey, perfectly crispy bacon, and smeared avocado, that all came together in one exceptionally tasty sandwich!

What You Should Do: Though we didn't order anything that was super Italian, Cannella's has restored some of my faith in the potential for Italian restaurant food done right. I definitely am adding it to my list of places to when I crave an Italian dinner, and I would recommend you do so too! And if you happen to be nearby at the library or something, they make an incredibly enjoyable lunch too.

The Copper Onion

Where: The Copper Onion, 111 E Broadway Ste 170, Salt Lake City

Who Went: Chelsey & Michelle

Number of Visits: 1

What We Ordered: Michelle - Ricotta Dumplings and Grilled Asparagus, Chelsey - French Dip Sandwich with side of Broccoli Raab

What It Cost: $14.50 for me (including tip)

What We Thought:

I've been wanting to try The Copper Onion for forever, but it never seemed to work out with our schedules, so I decided to settle for going here for lunch last week instead. Normally I don't love trying new restaurants just for their lunch menu since they typically all have a similar boring spread of soup/sandwiches/salads, but The Copper Onion still proved to have something to interest my palate.

They weren't too busy for lunch on a Friday afternoon, so we were seated immediately. Despite the dreary rainy weather, the restaurant was bathed in lovely natural light from their large windows and we loved the rustic decor. Michelle wasn't feeling too hungry, so she ordered a couple small plates, and I decided that I would have to go for a sandwich. My rule for restaurants is that I will only order something I cannot (or am not willing to) make at home, and a French Dip sandwich seemed to fit that bill.

We tested the dumplings first, which turned out to be more satisfying than I had anticipated. They had a soft, tender texture, a delicate infusion of thyme, and were lightly fried. I was surprised at how they were filling, but still didn't feel too heavy. They were dusted with a light sprinkling of cheese and lemon, and are an excellent choice to start your meal.

Lemon seemed to be the accent of choice in our meal, and was paired with a delicious creamy sauce for the grilled asparagus. The asparagus was cooked to perfection, helping eliminate the sometimes bitter taste that accompanies this vegetable.

I ordered the broccoli raab as a side dish for my sandwich - let's start off by saying that this is clearly a different vegetable than broccoli! In fact, broccoli raab (or rabe or rapini) is not related to broccoli at all, and actually tasted to me more like a mix between kale and spinach. Either way, it was delicious, and was sprinkled with hot chili flakes that kept catching me by surprise!

And now the real part of the meal - the French Dip sandwich. I was initially intrigued by this dish because it said on the menu that it came with Tillamook cheddar cheese. I've never had a French Dip sandwich with any kind of cheese except the rare provolone slices, but since I'm from the West coast, I am a die-hard Tillamook fan, and knew it had to be amazing. Fortunately, I was totally right. The rich cheese oozed onto piles of delicious roast beef from Pleasant Creek Ranch, and was highlighted by sweet grilled onions. The meat was a little dry, but in that soft, tender, cured way that is absolutely delicious. It was served with more than twice the amount of au jous I needed, and was topped with two of their housemade pickles. I am a huge pickle snob - I'll only eat Farman's pickles which sadly can only be found in Federal Way, WA now, but these pickles may have changed my mind. Fantastic. The bread it was served on wasn't the best, but it was sturdy and fresh enough to provide an excellent base for the wonderful sandwich filling inside. Totally messy, but a real treat.

What You Should Do: Do what I am going to do, and go ahead and make a reservation for dinner! To me, they proved to be worth all they hype, and I will definitely be going back again. I am particularly intrigued by their wide range of fresh cheeses, and enjoyed the unique flavor twists on their dishes. The service wasn't particularly great, and it's definitely not cheap, but I would say it's certainly worth a trip for a special occasion and delicious meal.

Milagros

Where: Milagros, 970 W 800 N, Orem

Who Went: Chelsey, Devynne, Mom & Grandma

Number of Visits: 1

What We Ordered: Chicken Sweet Chili Stuffed Quesadilla with Sweet Onion Ball and Spicy Spanish Rice, Barry's Pollo Fundido with Sautéed Vegetables and Borracho Beans, Chimichanga with Borracho Beans and Sweet Green Chili Rice, and Chicken Mango Salad with Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Dressing

What It Cost: ~$40.00 for all 4 people

What We Thought:

So this lunch kind of happened on accident - a Target trip gone too long and an appointment up in Sandy meant that I needed to find a quick lunch place for us on the way up north. I was scouring my brain for restaurants along the way that I wanted to try, and I remembered Milagros from all of my trips to Winco (the best grocery store of all time)! They have a little sign outside one of their windows that says "To Go" or something along those lines, so I figured they could be pretty fast.

We got inside the restaurant and I was surprised to discover that it was not just a to-go kind of restaurant, but rather a sit-down restaurant with a server and everything. We decided to go for it anyway, giving our server the heads-up that we needed to be in and out as fast as possible. Our server ended up being fantastic - really fast with our food, being friendly despite all of our crazy demands, splitting up the checks no problem...plus, as my grandma described, "he had the most beautiful blue eyes," which can't hurt either, right? :) We loved the interior decor - full of tons of live plants and great high ceilings. Also, their cups were pretty awesome.

Like basically every Mexican place out there, we started with chips and salsa. And let me tell you, after this chips & salsa combo, I was pretty much terrified for our meal. Both salsas were awful - they were equally over-sweet and tasted straight from a jar of...really horrible salsa. Some people have complained that they don't bring you out chips and salsa every 30 seconds, but honestly, we really didn't want much to do with that so it was fine with us. We were all crossing our fingers as we waited for the rest of our food to arrive, praying for it to at least be edible.

Fortunately, we were greatly surprised! Our meals arrived, and not only were they large enough to more than fill us, but they were absolutely delicious! My mom got the chimichanga, which was perfectly fried and filled with tasty meat and cheese - not just cheap rice and beans. She loved the sweet rice, and found the beans to be a great complement.

My grandma got the pollo fundido, which was a chicken breast wrapped in a fried tortilla and served with a really creamy sauce - fantastic! There were so many flavors going on at once and it was certainly unique and wonderful. She loved how you could get the option of sautéed vegetables, a nice healthy option for usually sodium-heavy Mexican food. It came with a mix of zucchini, onions, and carrots.

I absolutely loved my sweet chili chicken quesadilla. I think it may be my new favorite quesadilla, even higher than the pork quesadillas from Cafe Rio. Others have commented that the food is all very sweet, and this is true. So if you do not like sweet Mexican food (like the barbacoa pork from Cafe Rio), then I do not recommend this place to you. However, if you are a fan of delicious flavor (Psych, anyone?) and enjoy a little sweet touch to that Mexican spice, then this is the perfect place for you. Nothing in the meal was particularly spicy (including the "spicy" Spanish rice), but we all still enjoyed everything immensely.

Finally, Devynne got the chicken mango salad, which like everything else, was amazing. The chicken was moist, mango salsa mix was flavorful, and we loved the variety of mixed greens in the salad. It came with a freshly made tortilla, which wasn't quite as life-changing as the Cafe Rio ones, but still pretty high up on the list.

What You Should Do: If you don't get immediately offended by the idea of a Mexican place that doesn't have great chips & salsa, then you should definitely check out Milagros. We loved their fresh mix of unique Mexican flavors, and it's a dream come true if you love sweet Mexican food as well. Their prices are a little high, but since two of us got the specials of the day, it ended up being a pretty good deal. For a random quick lunch stop, Milagros is a great choice!

ME Crêpes

Where: ME Crêpes, 1364 N Freedom Blvd, Provo

Who Went: Chelsey, Owen, & Owen's parents

Number of Visits: 1

What We Ordered: BBQ Chicken Crêpe, Turkey Bacon Avocado Crêpe, Turkey Bacon Ranch Crêpe, Southwestern Chicken Crêpe, Oreo Crêpe and Cookie Dough Crêpe

What It Cost: $19.38

What We Thought:

First off, I gotta say - I love that they do half-price savory crepes from 1-4 Monday through Friday! We wanted to take out my in-laws for lunch because it was my MIL's birthday and she was dropping off Michael, my BIL, at the MTC. This place was totally a smoking deal to feed 4 people, and I actually thought the crepes were pretty good!

The crepes themselves are quite large, so they seem like the don't have a ton of filling, but I think it's just because the actual crepe is so big. They were plenty stuffed enough to fill you up for a meal, no problem. The quality of the ingredients inside the crepes was admirable - the turkey was sliced pretty thick, the avocado was a bright creamy green, and I really enjoyed the barbecue sauce on my BBQ chicken crepe.

I definitely enjoyed the dessert crepes - they had just enough filling to satisfy, but not too much that it took away from the crepe itself. Up first was the cookie dough crepe, which I LOVED. Please keep in mind though that I am an enormous cookie dough fan, so I had high hopes. The cookie dough was melty and oh-so-sweet inside...I could totally go for one right now! It was a little too sweet for the other people who were with me, but I have a very high sweet tolerance, so I thought it was fantastic!

Everyone else preferred the Oreo cream crepe, which was also absolutely delicious. Tons of Oreos and sweet vanilla ice cream -- and plenty for all 4 of us to share and be satisfied!

What You Should Do: Definitely check it out! If you are interested in the savory crepes (which I would certainly recommend!) make sure to go during their happy hour and get them half-price - it's such a great deal! Who would have thought that we could fill 4 people for such tasty food for under $20?

Caputo's Deli

Where: Caputo's Market & Deli, 314 W Broadway, Salt Lake City

Who Went: Chelsey, Devynne, Mom, Grandma, Aunt Mary & her 4 kids

Number of Visits: 1

What We Ordered: The Caputo Sandwich, The Meatball Sandwich, Side Green Salad, Side Greek Salad, Cannoli, Soda

What It Cost: ~$17 for 2 people

What We Thought:

Since last week was graduation, my mother and grandmother flew in from Washington to come and stay with us for the week. Seeing as people now think that I know something about restaurants around here, they put me in charge of coordinating all of the meals for their stay. My aunt picked them up at the airport and I decided that we should all go to Caputo's Deli for lunch.

What a lucky pick! They had a great casual atmosphere that was perfect for the kids to wander around and for everyone to be relaxed, a fun atmosphere, and plenty of sandwiches to fit everyone's picky tastes. We weren't super hungry, so we all decided to split the sandwiches, which was a good idea - they are enormous! My grandma and I split The Caputo (decided to go with the restaurant's namesake dish), which had tender prosciutto, mortadella, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and balsamic vinegar. The mix of meats was good, but my real favorite part of the sandwich was the bread. With every crisp bite, I inhaled a wonderful aroma of freshly baked bread. I loved the balsamic vinegar soaked into the bread, and kept wondering, "Why haven't I thought of this?"

My grandma also got the Greek salad on the side, and she loved the tangy dressing and feta cheese mixed in. A great light and refreshing side if you are having a heavier sandwich.

We shared a cannoli, which mind you, is not an easy thing to do - I completely smashed it when trying to break it in half. But it still tasted great, and we loved the rich but not too sweet marscapone filling and cookie crust that had just a hint of almond.

My mom and sister shared the meatball sandwich, which was actually a little disappointing for me. The marinara sauce was spot-on perfection, but the meatballs were not as great awesome as I was hoping for. They were a little bland, but the sandwich was definitely a good pick if you are looking for a modestly priced lunch that will fill you to the brim.

And here's the green salad. It looks like a green salad and pretty much tasted like one. Good mix of greens, nothing too spectacular though.

Before my family arrived, I really enjoyed browsing the market portion of Caputo's and seeing all of the different artisan food products. I was surprised at the range and quality of products available in Salt Lake, and will definitely be visiting the market area again for some balsamic vinegar and CHOCOLATE and CHEESE. They have a great selection of cheeses that are actually pretty decently priced! Yes please.

What You Should Do: If you're in the mood for some quality food product shopping and want to grab a fresh Italian lunch on the way, Caputo's is the place for you! They are a local establishment that has been in Salt Lake since 1997 that provides a wide range of delicious specialty food, and is a great place to have a casual sandwich . Their service is fast, friendly, and the bread is heavenly. Check it out.

Orville & Wilbur's

Where: Orville & Wilbur's, 1171 WSC, Brigham Young University

Who Went: Chelsey & Devynne

Number of Visits: 1

What We Ordered: Boneless Chicken Wings with BBQ sauce, Buffalo Chicken Burger, Cheeseburger

What It Cost: ~$10 for 2 people

What We Thought:

Yeah, I bet you didn't even know that this place existed. Because I totally didn't. Until I was looking at the BYU Dining website and saw a place that I totally did not recognize. And then I convinced Devynne to go there with me for lunch. It is down in the basement of the Wilk, by Outdoors Unlimited and all the pool tables. It is seriously a whole different world down there. Even though it was right in the middle of the lunch hour rush upstairs in the Cougareat, there were plenty of open tables and we did not have to wait in line to order our food. It was like the Twilight Zone of BYU Dining.

Also, I have to apologize for the not-so-quality food photos here - my camera is too big to lug around campus, and Devynne forgot to bring her camera, so these were taken on her iPod. Cool.

So, being my wing-loving self, I was excited to see that they have wings. But I should have known better when on the website it said "boneless." Basically these were chicken nuggets, not wings. They still tasted good, and the barbecue sauce that came with them was tasty, but they were certainly not the wings I was envisioning. They weren't even tossed in the sauce, which was good and bad - bad because it made them seem even more like chicken nuggets, but good because I was eating lunch and didn't particularly want to get super messy.

BYU makes good burgers. They are pretty consistent across campus, and they are delicious. People will wait in like at the Scoreboard Grill upstairs for 20 minutes for a basic cheeseburger, but they should just head downstairs where there is no line and get the equally delicious sandwich here at Orville & Wilbur's. They weren't super speedy because they only had two guys working, but it was nice that we did not have to wait in a huge line in the super crowded Cougareat.

I have to admit, I really liked this buffalo chicken burger. It was like the spicy chicken burger at Wendy's that I used to love, but twenty times better. The buffalo sauce was surprisingly good, and the breading was thick and crunchy. It was a very filling sandwich, and pretty unique compared to other chicken sandwiches I've experienced on campus.

What Should You Do: If you're in the mood for a burger, skip the lines and head to the Games Center and get some lunch at Orville & Wilbur's! Don't go for the chicken "wings," unless you're in the mood for some pretty good chicken nuggets. But it is a fun little place and they can make a decent, fresh, delicious burger and a lovely buffalo chicken burger. Check it out!

Pendulum Court

Where: Pendulum Court, Eyring Science Center, Brigham Young University

Who Went: Chelsey & Devynne

Number of Visits: 3

What We Ordered: Mediterranean Chicken Pasta, Beef Taco Salad, Tuxedo Cheesecake (we've also tried the Macadamia Chicken, Lasagna Soup, and a few other things)

What It Cost: $5.75 for one entrée, about $7/person

What We Thought:

Though it has crazy limited hours and you have to make a reservation before going, I think that the Pendulum Court may be my overall favorite place to eat on BYU campus. It's totally inconvenient, but if you can make it, you're in for a somewhat reasonably priced and usually healthy meal. The PenCourt is run by students who major in Nutrition and Food Science (or other related majors), so they try to focus on making the meals well-rounded and balanced. They include healthy things like whole grain pasta, lean meats, sides of fruits, and low-fat dairy products. And even though it's usually just students putting on the whole show, it is usually pretty well prepared and tastes fantastic.

When we visited the other day, Devynne got the Mediterranean Chicken Pasta. Pros: A rather large portion, good tasting cream sauce, and a nice touch of artichoke hearts. Cons: We could count the number of chicken pieces on one hand. And it's not because they were particularly large pieces either...Oh well. They are on a BYU budget, I get it. It was still pretty good overall, and very satisfying.

The beef taco salad is a choice that they offer everyday, and was a lot better this time than what I remembered. The beef is not ground (thankfully), but is shredded, marinated, and pretty juicy overall. They use plenty of crisp, fresh Romaine lettuce, and the cheese, though clearly pre-processed, actually had some flavor. I've had both dressings and enjoyed both options - the jalapeño ranch being my favorite choice.

And the cheesecake, wow. This was a good cheesecake. It has marvelous flavor, rich and luxurious texture, and just enough chocolate sauce to make it perfect. My only regret is that I had to wolf down this amazing treat in 2 minutes so that I could rush to class since they have such limited hours!

What You Should Do: Definitely go. Of all places on campus to have lunch, I like the food best here of all. They serve healthy, well-balanced options, and even though it's not super cheap, it's modestly priced compared to other on-campus locations. Just make sure to check their limited schedule of hours, and make a reservation!

Molly's

Where: Molly's, 753 W Columbia Lane, Provo

Who Went: Chelsey & Owen

Number of Visits: 1

What We Ordered: Carolina-Style Pulled Pork with Cheddar Biscuit, Baked Beans and Mashed Potatoes with Country Gravy, Daily Special -- Half-Rack of Ribs with Shrimp Chowder and Mac & Cheese

What It Cost: $20.36

What We Thought:

Molly's, with their short window of lunch hours (11-2 M-F), is known for their classic comfort, homestyle cooking. Have you ever wondered why it's called homestyle cooking? I know I do. That kind of food is definitely not commonplace in my home..."homestyle" cooking for today would be more like quesadillas, PB&J, and maybe some pasta with red sauce. Anyway...back to Molly's...

So we got there on a Friday a little after noon, and the place was PACKED! I was surprised at how many people were there, and even by the time that we made it through the cafeteria-style line, there weren't any seats open! The service is fast, as everything is prepared earlier that day and is out & ready. I felt like the portion sizes were MORE than generous -- it is pretty heavy food, and we were both quite full afterwards.

I got the pulled pork -- it was very flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I was in love with the texture, but wasn't so keen on the sauce flavor. It was a little too tangy for my taste, and the two options for BBQ sauce on the table also had more vinegar than my taste buds prefer. The baked beans looked incredibly promising -- there were many types of beans, and a few other vegetables mixed in. Once again, the texture was enlivened with the different bean varieties, but it basically (to my non-Southern taste buds) tasted like your typical baked beans to me. The mashed potatoes were also nothing special -- white gravy on white potatoes isn't super visually appealing, and there weren't any chunks or peels in the potatoes that might make it seem like these babies were once a starchy tuber. Some people have complained about the biscuit, but I actually thought it was pretty delicious. Light, crispy on the outside, and buttery. Perfect.

Owen got the daily special -- RIBS. We have a special place in our heart for well-prepared ribs. The best ribs need to be smoky, juicy, flavorful, and not too coated in masking BBQ sauce. These ribs were top notch in all of those categories. I have never tasted smokier ribs in my life. It was amazing! The shrimp chowder was alright - not too shrimpy, which was good for the shrimp-hater within myself, though it did look a little greasy on top. Owen thought that the mac & cheese was too cheesy, but it was JUST right to me! Too much cheese? Impossible.

What You Should Do: Go! But make sure to go early so that you can get a seat! They also supposedly run out of things sometimes, so guarantee yourself a good meal by getting there as early as you can. I think I would have gone for a different selection of sides next time -- the Dutch oven potatoes have received rave reviews, and I would choose a salad to lighten things up a bit. Molly's, though only "established" in 2010, has that old-time, cozy friendly feel, and will fill you up with some well-prepared comfort food that will keep you going for the rest of the day!
